Blendigo not working because I can't find IndegoWrapper.conf

I installed it I reinstalled it I am using blender 2.49b and everything else seems to be installed into the right place. So where is this file?

I Don't think IndigoWrapper.conf is used any more.

I thought as much thats why it is odd that I am getting this error in blender when I am using the newest version of indigo and blendigo.

The banner on the Blender console which says

is a big hint.

Where did you download your copy of Blendigo from? The latest version available on this site and forum is 2.2.11-c
