Did some work with topmod and blender last night as well as conversing wiith a few helpful chaps on the old indichat. made an interesting model that i was just gna render large and leave to bake. then realised that it would actually make a pretty kick ass material preview scene. so i tweaked the settings a bit and came up with this. i have two, well rendered, examples of SSS and Transparent (with slight SSS). Im havent yet integrated the blender logo into the scene succesfully without making it all look a tad messy, so some assistance or comment would be great on how you think i should integrate it. i was thinking a sub surface indigo logo that is only present with transparent materials. what you guys think.
