Degenerate triangle

Why this error???
The problem is on seven cube where i extrude two faces and then i rotate it...
Then i find some difficult to made my models smooth...i have never found these problems... I use Indigo 1.0.9 Blendigo 1.0.8 and Blender 2.46... some helps??? :(

Does it still render?

In Blender, try to hit "W" and then "remove doubles" ;) (Edit Mode)

also don't forget to "Ctrl+A"pply scale and rotation ;) (Object Mode)

The error means, that there are some triangles with an area of zero. That means, that there are tris, where at least two of the three points have the exact same coordinates. The error should be gone, after removing doubles ;)

i got this poppin up too, but it rendered fine so i didnt think of it.
