The thing is, I want my image to look like its in an overcast/cloudy setting while still using a Physical Sky in Indigo.
How would I do this?

im not talking about the cloud texture part, just making the image look like it takes place in a cloudy setting.

Hi Estevan,
The current Indigo sky+sun model currently doesn't really allow for clouds.
You could try turning the sky turbidity up to 6 or so, but that's not really a full solution.
You could also try using an HDR EXR environment map, they tend to have lower contrast than the sky+sun model.

So using 6 turbidity will give me softer shadows?

I don't think high turbidity will do the trick. Much better to use a cloudy EXR map

Okay, I'll try that.
But first I have to model a scene....
