Hello everyone,
I have been using indigo, blendigo and blender for a while and now I'm trying to do a colored glass material by blending diffuse and glass material. I'm quite new to blended material.
I was able to do it by creating a blended material in blendigo, but I had to go into the generated defaults.igs XML to assign the blended material to the right mesh. So far, I have not been able to assign a blended material within blender/blendigo. I'd rather do everything from blender/blendigo. I've read that blendigo can do it, but I 'm struggling.
To be more specific, I have a diffuse material using an image with UV map. I have used blender to unwrap and this is my base material for my mesh. This is what blender knows as a material for the mesh.
I also have a simple glass material and I have created in blendigo a blended material with 50% glass and 50% diffuse
What I do not know how to do is to assign this blended material to the mesh, as blender has no real knowledge of this blending.
My workflow must be wrong somewhere but I do not find where. Any help real appreciated.
BTW, I'm using blender 2.45, indigo 1.0.4, blendigo 1.0.4
Thanks !
How to blend material in blender for blendigo ?
