Hi,
i've this scene:
but as u can see the window cloth is not smooth!!
i've made it with subsurf>wave>set smooth!
can u help me?
(Blender 2.46, Indigo 1.1.5, Blendigo 1.1.5)

thrust me! there r vertical bands!
How can I avoid this prob?

try more subsurf or subdivide once.

Or it could be a physical pattern caused by the wave modifier. Depends on your wave settings.
