Cannot find Blendigo in Blender 2.49. not in Render tab

Hello,

I have recently downloaded INdigo, Blendigo and am currently using blender 2.49. I followed the instructions. not hard, just make sure your path is right. I use the default blender location. My issue is, that i cannot find Blendigo under the render option tab at the top of the screen. any sugestions?

Well you can always look in: Scripts Window --> Render --> Render with indigo

If it's not there either I'd make sure blendigo is installed properly & that you have python setup (for use of scripts not in blender by default)

ok I have installed python 2.65

I still dont see indigo listed. could not find it in scripts window. how do i set Blender to run scripts?

1) Make sure that when you start Blender, in the console it says "Checking for installed python...got it!" if not you need to fix your python installation (there are plenty of guides on Blender websites for this.
2) The setup to run scripts I mentionned, is step 1)
3) To access the scripts window just click the "grid" icon to the left of the bar of your 3d window and select "Scripts Window" from the menu. Once in that window, choose "Scripts --> Render --> Render with Indigo"

If Blendigo is not appearing in the Render menu or in the Scripts->Render menu (same thing!) then Blendigo has not been installed properly.

Can you locate the folder which contains the file blendigo.py ? From there we can tell you where it (and other files) should be located to make it work.

Awsome i found it. ok it was the wrong directory. for some reason it was installing it into the documents and settings folder for blender.

Blendigo is free like the Air you breath!
Indigo, the render engine, is a commercial product...
You can use if fully functional with only limitation in maximum rendersize (0.7MP) and a small watermark on the bottom right in a not commercial way as long as you like.

Something like student license was planed, simply write a eMail to Glare for details about this
