Maybe it's a problem with linux blender. Maybe it does something different with its uv sets then it does in windows. Maybe it stores them differently?Borgleader wrote:Right-o but he shouldnt getting that error if opened blender's default scene and pressed export. Which is what i think he tried.doublez wrote:Have you tried unwrapping your mesh? You don't have to put a texture on it though.
Go into face select mode (when in object mode press 'f') then press 'u' and choose 'unwrap'

ok, ive installed indigo v1.1.15 and blendigo 1.1.14, but blendigo doesnt show up in the exports menu in blender, despite the fact ive placed blendigo_v1114.py in the /.blender/scripts/ directory. i checked the contents of the folder in terminal and it was on the list, bit it was in grey whereas the rest of the scripts were in turquoise. does that mean anything?

ok, i found out blendigo is now in 'render' rather than 'export' but now im getting a whole new error
Error: IndigoDriverExcep: SceneLoaderExcep: ModelLoadingStreamHandlerExcep: Triangle material_index is out of bounds. (material index=2) (In element 'mesh', around line 107603, column 5)
now what?
edit: ok, ive deleted all materials and it now complains that there arent any light sources. i have an emmissive plane in the scene. am i right in thinking that indigo no longer accepts emissive objects as light sources??!
edit number 2: now i cant even click export because i get a message saying python error check console. i windows this was simple as a console window opened every time blender opened, but in linux there is no console window, so how do i check the console in linux?

Hi!
First, my configuration (I think this can help
):
If I try to render the default scene of Blender (leaving all defaults in Blendigo), I get this message:

Ok, that's all, I think!
Thanks, and have a good day!!

First, my configuration (I think this can help

- Blender 2.48a (on Linux, kubuntu 8.10)
- Indigo 1.1.18 (Linux 32bit)
- Blendigo 1.1.14

I've try to remove and add a light source, but I'ts the same! I found Indigo works if I use a "sun" in Blender...IndigoDriverExcep: Scene must contain at least one light source.
