Alpha textures - courtains

Post by Nordrik » Tue Apr 01, 2008 2:23 am

I'm in the middle of my work with my visualisation. I had created soft body croutains, BUT when i've put alpha texture i've realized that indigo can't see it. Does anyone know how to do it in other way?

You need to make a blended material, your original material blended with a null material..And then use your alpha map as the blend map...Here check out this tutorial it explains how to do it in more detail...

There is plenty of info about it on the forums, try doing a forum search if that doesn't help you.
