Blendigo 5.0.0

Post by OnoSendai » Wed Dec 10, 2025 12:54 am

Hi all,
Here's a little update to make Blendigo work with Blender 5.0:

https://downloads.indigorenderer.com/di ... master.zip
https://downloads.indigorenderer.com/di ... taller.exe

NOTE: installer is not signed currently. Can get signing working if needed.

Feedback/bug reports welcome.

I don't use Blender but glad to see some activity again.

OnoSendai/Nick, can you please confirm a few things - apologies for off-topic - most other threads are dead.

1. I still use Indigo on fairly regular basis (weekly to monthly) to produce paid for architectural visualisations - in fact I have just produced some visuals yesterday and will do later on today.
  • Q - If I upgrade my PC, will there still be Glare Technologies tech support to transfer my license to the new PC? I'm happy with my 5950X but just forward planning. Are you still operational? Because Companies House (UK) shows Glare Technologies UK is defunct, and that is very worrying from a long term perspective to keep the software I have paid for operational.
2. In the same way Blendigo has recieved an update, when can we ever see an update for IndigoMax? I know I have asked this many many times over the years, but is it ever on the horizon? Sometimes IndigoMax crashes but I soldier on regardless and have adapted to its quirks. I flit between 2014/2017 Max (for archival reasons, older projects etc and my refusal to buy a subscription).

3. Would you be able to provide even just a open letter to say what exactly the future is for Indigo? Again similar to point 1, I need to plan for the future. I've been using Indigo for 15 years now and I can't really see myself using something different, but if Indigo is winding down development then I think we should have some info about that.

Best regards
