Instacing objects

Post by danyolgiax » Fri Apr 13, 2007 6:37 pm

Hi,

in my scene i've a big duplication (SHIFT+D x 1000 times) of the same simple object...

can i load the object a single time and than create multiple instance to preserve memory usage?

Thanks!

Yes. Just use Alt+D instead of Shift+D. You can even set up a mesh and use dupliverts for instancing, if you wish.

Is Blendigo set up to do the same with meshes that have an Array modifier?
