This is the only thing what would me decide for octane :/.
It cant be that difficult.
Im not sure how the blender-exporter works- but i think when rendering an animation indigo will load the exported scene for each frame of the animation after finishing a frame?
As blender is able to load movies and image sequences it triggers the framenumber of the imagesequence with each regular animation frame. Blender is doing this- we just need to bring this changing value via exporter to the indigo renderer.
Inside of blender it would be usefull to choose the range of that sequence. I mean an starting-offset.
PLEASE add this feature. In combinatio with 2d-image-animations we will be able to do amazing lightening things.
iE Television that lightens a room, fire that lightens something, electric bolds that lightens a wall, a textured plane as disco-lamp and so on.
