tonemapping as working network master? (1.1.8)

Post by aslocum » Sat Aug 09, 2008 7:05 am

currently testing network rendering with my wifes pc (she has 4 cores @2.66ghz ..me 2 @2.4ghz, thats life... ;))
i have set mine as working network master and my wifes as slave with the console application. working great so far.
when i dont network i can "realtime" change my tonemapping in indigo and see the results on the screen. while im networking, this does seem to work.
even the saved .png is the default tonemapping i exported from the modeling app (in my case sketchup or blender)
so after rendering i have to reopen my .igs in non network mode and tonemap it? is this right?

I can confirm this isseue, it seems stuff like Aperature Diffraction and white balance doesn't react too.

closing Indigo workingMaster in GUI mode often let Indigo hang or sometimes throws out a "listenerThread: MySocketExcep: accept failed" error.

Being on this topic, changing the tonemapping mode doesn't refresh the image, you first have to click on a drag panel to activate the refresh...
