Do Modeling Changes Require New Manual Setup after Rendering again?

<t>I imported my architectural model and added materials lighting, etc. I need to make one mesh modification in my modeling program. Does that mean I have to manually apply all my saved materials and hand copy all my lighting/camera set up again from screen shots to apply to the new revised rendering? Surely there must be a quicker way. Thanks for any info or tips!</t>
