The noise problem? Solved in Astronomy

Post by contegufo » Mon Aug 24, 2015 4:18 am

The noise problem?
The same problem occurs in Astronomy, long exposures cause the heating of the sensor and associated increase in noise.
The trick is to make short exposures which will then be added by increasing the signal and the noise by averaging.
Or it lowers the temperature of the sensor to below zero, delta -30 °, to drastically reduce the noise.
It would be nice that these techniques could be implemented in software rendering engine.
It would be possible?
