I think Ono said something about making a linux version somewhere sometime in this forum, but to tell you the truth at the moment I have not experienced any problems wining it. Have you already used wine to run it? Are you new to linux? I also was a windows - lightwave and 3DSMAX user, but after using blender and ubuntu I don't want to go back.

I did actually run indigo with wine... isn't that difficult. My single problem is that i dunno how to install blendigo on my linux blender. :(

I think what zsouthboy meant was that Ono needs someone to GIVE HIM A MAC OF HIS OWN to develop on. I'm sure finding people with Macs (me being one of them) for testing purposes would never be a problem. Finding one that you can *have*, for you to write software on would be a problem.

You can always start a donation/tip jar on the home page for such a purchase. That's what the Kerkythea dudes ended up doing.

Paste blendigo.py into the scripts folder into .blender which is in your home folder.

Paste indigowrapper into the bpydata folder, which is in that scripts folder earlier.

Start blender and enjoy.

... btw. it is possible to install the new OSX Leopard on a PC (AMD/INTEL[SSE2+]).

It is easier then before, because now Leopard comes with a lot more drivers.
Of course NOT officially and you have to patch the kernel ... more info can be
found at www.osx86project.org . So all Ono would need is to buy a license of
MacOSX Leopard! But I'm not sure what happens if you compile on such a
patched kernel, but that Ono might know. Maybe someone has a license that
he doesn't need anymore, hehe. :D :D ;)

take care
