BUG/REQ IGI info isn't all saved.

Hello,

Not sure if this is a bug or what, but when you resume a rendering from an IGI, your light layer settings are lost.

Also, if you've rendered it at a different resolution than what is in the IGS file, it won't load.

- Could light layer, tonemapping and white balance settings be saved in the IGI?
- Could Indigo automatically adjust the resolution and supersampling values in the loaded IGS to correspond with the IGI that it's trying to resume?
