How to make SSS materials?

Hey guys.
I've seen a lot of talk about SSS materials, and i'm pretty sure their the ones that look like skin and stuff.

But what i want is either a good tutorial, a code, or a way to do it in the blender interface (preferable).

If you use blendigo, it's very simple, to do SSS :D
Wait, I'll search somethings (or Ono finds some, before I do, as he is very fast, atm ;))
