Fully licenced and still cant get rid of the water mark logo

Fully licenced and still cant get rid of the water mark logo, any suggestions?

Hi, mikeraap, try to click Tools —> Options —> and uncheck the Watermark and then update the image.

Ive tried enabling and disabling in the sketchup plugin menu aswell as the indigo options menu and clicking update- it says im fully licenced and everything seems to be unlocked but the watermark logo - any other suggestions?

Same here... fully licensed and cannot disable watermark... any ideas?

Some potential pitfalls:

* Entering hardware key for a Node licence instead of a Master licence (so it'll say it's registered, but when acting as a master it's still watermarked).

* Not entering new hardware key at all after a licence reset (it's not automatic, you have to enter the new one).

* Incorrect copying of the hardware key (eg not keeping leading whitespace, not using the copy to clipboard button).
