OMFG i just realized something.
the PS3 has the kewlest ass processor on the planet. Not really, but good enough.
Linux can be installed on the PS3 easily and w/o any pains.
Ono can release indigo for linux (making it native).
We can run indigo linux version on the PS3 using its 8 (?) Cores.
Use this awsome thing as a computer, and it only costs 600 bucks as opposed to most good computers!!!
IMA GENIOUS jk lol

A $600 computer will run indigo much better than any PS3.
Besides the problem of recoding everything to take advantage of the processor (it's NOT normal).

And the small PS3 memory never will be enough.
Now you can buy a cheap system (Quad Core) without monitor, graphic card, keyboard, mouse... and do a nice render node

Sorry about my poor english

this time, the theme is canceled after a very short time
Sorry delta. No chance
I wonder, however, how radiance's GPU Renderer's going.

It's very fast. But Indigo also got faster. Hum...

actually, I'd like to have the PS3 - but it's unusable for Indigo.
360 is the one, I dislike most xD
Wii seems to win - although not, if you look on Indigo compatibility

Tennis on Wii is very cool.
We played it in the office with projector and large image on the wall.
Was very fun.
