HELP with mesh

Sorry guys..

Either sketchup is not THIS advanced tool, or I have to revisit my definition of architectural modeling, but I need to mjodel a basic 3d mesh of this ceramic tile. Can anybody please help me?

I also attach a base CAD drawing for the scale of the object...

Cant you just use a bump or disp map?
