So.. the graphics are amazing, but after all the hype surrounding the game, is the game-play any good ?

There are glitches and some design oddities, and clunky menus but yeah it's pretty good if your into cars and driving cars. Not as "awesome" as I expected, but it's addictive and there is so much to do. And they're constantly patching and updating it. Already 2 patches have gone up
The damage system seems to be tied to the progress level in the game, so I haven't gotten to the higher levels yet and seen it in full. I was just expecting the physics to be more hardcore, but it isn't quite as good as the Time Trial they released earlier in the year in that regard
