game runs beatifully under a 8800 GTX, everything maxed out except for AA (only 4x for that) and no lower than 30 fps at all times
The shadows are awsome, so is the AI, the only thing i had a realism-compalint about was that u could pick up a duck, and throw it at a soldier, and he'd sometimes die.
I'm def. gettin the final game when it's released.

I'm sure you aren't talking about the highest settings only available for DX10 + Vista (or my cfg hack also on DX9 + win XP  )

On my 2x 2Ghz CPU, 2GB DDR1 RAM and my good old GF6800LE with pipeline Mod, I can Play this baby only on low settings with an res. of 1280x960...
Runs smoooooth with ~16FPS, but if I hold no weapon its raising to some ultra realistic 21FPS

I know what I want to see this year under the Christmas tree

I don't know, how to, but there is a way, to "enable" DX10 graphics for DX9 - the missing part are the physics ;)

I think, you need to tweak a text file with tons of booleans (similarish to the inifile of Indigo :))

4/6 fps with lowest settings, and multithreading is not effective at all with 2 CPUs here, what about you ?

Obviously they won't catch me at that game, I won't buy a new pc for their eyes. Sticking with FarCry.
