ok scrap the previous question.
VMWare Fusion is the 64bit answer for Mac/Windows virtulisation. Only US$79.00 too. Not bad at all.
Discoever that Parallels only supports 1 core per CPU and doesn't do 64bit. VMWare Fusion has neither issue.
