There are several tests that measure iq and the number does not mean much unless the test it is related to is also given. So 132 in Stanford-Binet is the same as 148 in Catell. Stanford-Binet is probably the more common, but it is easy to "boost" one's intelligence score by converting it to catell and then not mention this.
A score of 200 in Stanford-Binet is unique. Only 6 people out of 6 billion have a score of 196 or higher.

Resource of that number was a docu on disovery channel, I think, but I'm not sure, anymore...
I just did some wiki research (german wiki, only...) and if I understood correctly, a test, that's made for "100 IQ" gets inaccurate. It's a Normal distribution curve - the farther away from 100, the less accurate...
so, when the result is over ~130 (or beyond ~70), you'd need a special test, to get an exact result... (interesting, seems to be the case with EVERYone, here xD)
