You didnt, provide UV data for your mesh. So basically, you need to UV map it.

Yes please don't use words like "urgent" unless you are on some kind of work deadline and it's important to solve your problem as soon as possible for such, and don't use the [] as mentioned above (it's ok if you use a normal pair just to make a specific title, but don't flood it), or to many symbols, this only makes the forums look bad becuse the topic jumps out too much, a lot of new users (and old ones too) also post support or questions and also have priority to their questions, I will change title to a normal question.
