Problem with gusty

Hi all,

when I launch Indigo with wine or from the exporter, same problem with violet.. :cry:

I don't understand, yesterday it was working fine with all 3D effects, and I stoped using it, don't know were the problem come from

(My graphic cards works fine, no problem with it) :?

The problem comes from wine, don't understand but I need to reinstall, how can I do it, I'm new to ubuntu?? :roll:

I don't read french, but isn't that first message about "restricted drivers" (non-free drivers from the manufacturers) ?
It's only a notification and shouldn't affect the way the system works.

if you really want to re-install something you can try

Code: Select all

$ sudo apt-get install --reinstall <package name>
Where <package name> in this case would most probably be "wine".

Thx the problem is solved, wine doors seems not to be stable as I readed...

There are several users here who have reported instability using indigo under wine. I guess the best thing to do is either use the last native linux release (0.9.something), wait until the next native linux release, or use windows :(

Vanessa you might want to read my tutorial at setting up indigo, blender and blendigo in linux. I recommend installing wine by adding the repositories from wine official site than the ones found in ubuntu repos:
