This render seems so perfect but sadly lacks the support of hair and particles. Im sure if this would be implemented it could attract a ton of new users!
Would this be so hard or why isnt it already implemented?

Re: [REQ] Hair & Particles
Hello & welcome to Indigo Wolfsbane.
I'm sure of that too. Stay tuned for updates.
Imo Indigo atm is one of the most stable and fastest OpenCL cross-platform GPU renderer out there, it took quite a bit of dev time to get there.
Pretty sure i made some request also in terms of particles & hair somewhere
( fingers crossed )

@originalplan: i hope so! Would buy indigo without a single thought if it will implement hair and particles in the next couple months! No doubt about indigo being the most superior renderer

I would also love to see this, especially particle or volume file based volumetrics: http://support.nextlimit.com/display/mx ... olumetrics
Re: [REQ] Hair & Particles
Ive seen that it is requested since 2008. I feel kind of guilty for requesting this probably the 100th time and dont want to annoy the developers but the render engine really seems already good and stable enough, now would be the perfect time for some new features.
Re: [REQ] Hair & Particles
Anyone heard about news from indigo about this topic?
