Tell me, which PHP are you targetting (4 or 5), and can I run it on the indigorenderer.com server?

For the GUI you can use
http://script.aculo.us/ if you are going for a AJAX Web GUI.
Its really nice and its free.

It'll be PHP5.
Should only need that and MySQL 4+.
There will maybe be some AJAX-ish parts, I'm using jQuery and thickbox libraries for this purpose.
If your hosting is decent, you should have no problem running it here.

Just because I am a JAVA programmer: Do you use PHP5 for object orientated programming or for any other reason? I like OOP a lot - dont know how to code without it ^^
