Glass material or a more detailed documentation ?

in that case, you had an other material.... or an rgb emitter or something like that... (do rgb emitters have gamme values?)

One more question to the material glass

As you can see in the file "how_it_should_be.png" there is a balcony outside.
I just removed the glass geometry to let the sun in.

But if I add the glass geometry and add the glass material it looks like in picture "how_it_is.png"

whats wrong with the glass material ?

your glass looks bended and as if it has slight colour... ;)

has your glass some volume or it is a single plane.. should be volume. also check if normals are pointing outside

the has glass has a volume and its not bendet ;-) normals are pointing outside on the left glass and inside on the other 2 glasses. If I turn the other 2 outside the glass gets just black.

what else could be wrong ?

try to render only all glasses, maybe there is another unclosed medium somewhere in the scene, i remember that i experienced once something like this, i had to remove all objects one by one until i found the bad one

Looks like you have normal smoothing turned on for the "glass", which causes that effect.
