Mappatura alberi

Post by mario » Sat Feb 17, 2007 5:08 am

Si può usare la mappatura UV su un materiale trasparente che non proietti ombre, e fare l'ombra con un altro piano trasparente perpendicolare al primo.
Io ho fatto così, magari ti potrei postare un file di esempio
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Is possible to create a UV map on a trasparent plane without shade, an the shade with another transparent plane perpendicular to the first

Please translate!
Which technique do you mean?
What does Indigo with an alpha channel?
What does the rest mean?

Non ho provato con Indigo, ma con il motore interno di Blender funzionano benissimo: una domanda: quanto tempo ci metti per quel rendering con Indigo?????
Con Blender una cosa così la fai in 2 minuti!!!
Comunque è vero che con Indigo ottieni risultati migliori, ma se devi fare venti immagini in due giorni...
Ciao ciao

Isabel's post translation:
"It's a technique I have tried when using blender internal's render engine or yafray. Does it also work with Indigo or should I modify the xml file?
Does Indigo recognize the alpha channel?"

didn't get the last phrase, though :(

Lol :D , because the word "fungono" doesn't exist*!!! It's a sort of "web expression" that often you can read on the italian forums for the word "funzionano". So the correct italian phrase is: "Se funzionano postali pure" that translated means "If they work, post them". Hope it helps.

Request to italian people: here in the international forum please write in english! You can put an italian translation too, but 'cause here a lot of people don't understand our beautiful language, it's a bit frustrating for them if you write only in italian, don't you?

Richiesta agli italiani: qui nel forum internazionale per piacere scrivete in inglese! Va bene mettere una traduzione in italiano, ma poiché qui molta gente non comprende la nostra bellissima lingua, è un po' frustrante per loro se scrivete solo in italiano, non credete?

* the verb "fungere" exist in the italian language but with another meaning.

hehehe, thanks kepler! one new word for my Italian basic vocabulary
how did you translated that post, you can speak italian?
hehehe, not really, but I speak Spanish so I usually get like 40% of what you guys say since the root of both languages is Latin ;) (romance tongues)
Oh yes, I also like to watch RAI a lot, specially for the gorgeous chicks in the contest TV shows, heheheh ;) ,but also to practice.

EDIT:just found this link about latin derived languages:
http://www.answers.com/topic/romance-languages
So that's why; and also French can be a bit understood when reading it (when you are a Spanish-speaker) though Italian is more similar to Spanish. And on the other hand English helps me get a bit of German since they're both Saxon languages.
arrrggghhhh, got wayyyy toooo offftopiccccccccc!!!

No more hijacking, back on topic

I get about 1-10%, since I learned a very very bit and I'm learning french, now.
and on the other hand English helps me get a bit of German since they're both Saxon languages.
This is true, but I think, Spanish is better to Italian and reversed, than German to English...
A very good bridge between English and German is Dutch, which (shouldn't be offensive) appears to me like a mix up between English and German.

Interesting is, that there are many Fragments of French in both English and German, but They are so different, that this isn't really useful...
arrrggghhhh, got wayyyy toooo offftopiccccccccc!!!
I agree with you

Yes, that's just logical ;)
I'm able to understand 'cause (I know, I wrote already before ;)) I've learned a bit at school, and now I'm learning French^^

Here are all my Good Day!s:

Guten Tag!
Bon Giorno!
Buonas Diaz!
Bonjour!
...
uhm...
ok, that's it^^

Now, hello:

Hallo!
Hi!
Salut!
Salut!
(Once for Latin, once for French)
Salute! (<- not sure  )

...
I think, there are more, but I can't remember @ mom....
Now, "How are you?"

Wie geht es dir?
Wie geht's?
Ça va?
Nî hàu má? <- Chinese ;) Written as pronounced, may be wrong....
...
I know Italian, but it's anywhere far away from my forehead....
If anyone writes it down, I'd know immediately, what it means...
