[bug] 0.7 crash when...

ok i make some test with manual write xml code... :evil: and i found this...
indigo 0.7 crash when i try to render a scene with hdri lighting and SSS materials.indigo crash when i use sunlight with SSS materials too...

with meshlights all its ok...Ono u Know that?

ATM SSS is only working if you got at least 1 other lightsource than Background, HDR or Sun!

In the old times of mental ray for Maya, in the case you wanted to light a scene with an environment only, Maya was forcing the creation of a default light, positioned at the very same spot than the camera. Ugly. The workaround was to create a dummy light with a null intensity, then everything was going fine...

I hope that trick will do for Indigo, and in case it doesn't like a light with gain at zero, set it low enough so you don't notice it ;)
