[BUG] TIF support broken

Hey Ono, it seems TIF support is broken (also for 1.1.6)!

I tried nearly each possible Combination of options on save dialog in PS, but Indigo always threw out a "unhandeled format" Error :/

I attached a example TIF, uncompressed interleaved (RGBRGB), IBM PC Byteorder, no Layers...
