The same people who pay the donations. And if files were in WMV at a reasonable bitrate and resolution then there wouldn't be that much of an increase anyways.

OR

Use embedded video from Youtube or another hosting site - the quality will be crap but at least it would be SOMETHING - its better than nothing.
