[REQ] Variable image display time

Post by CoolColJ » Thu Sep 06, 2007 9:48 pm

One nice feature the Radium Renderer has, is when it's rendering it displays the image more frequently upon starting and then settles into a 2min image update after a period of time.

I would like such an option in Inidigo. Short 5 sec updates to start so you can check if everything is OK and rendering properly, and then progressively increase the time between displays to 2mins, with a user adjustable period parameter.

BTW Radium is getting re-written right now, looking good ;)

I registered to radium forum once, but i never got any confirmation email back from them. So it seemed a bit unfriendly or dead place to me. I prefer Indigo :wink:

@suvakas

Don't worry about it, Radium will go open source in the near future,
then there are a lot of options ... hehe. Well and to get to the topic,
it would be quite nice, but I think it's not on Nicks priority list. ;o))

nb: I like Radium a lot especially the navigation and stuff. Check out
the new stuff Ian implemented - the preview is so cool - I love it!

It would be nice to have such stuff in Indigo too! :D :D ;)

take care
