[REQ] Extra atmospheric sun color/intensity control

Extra atmospheric sun works really nice together with HDRI lighting, but it isn't possible (without light layers or saving sun as separate exr) to change color of "sun". It would be nice to have similar intensity/color control as with emitters (rgb, blackbody etc.)
