Unexpected Indigo halt on Mac

Hi guys, sorry to bother.
I have a friend using Mac and I can't help her since I have no Macintosh basics at all.

She was running Indigo and it suddenly had an error and exit. She wanted to get the last image saved, but in the path specified in the SkIndigo rendering Options she can't find anything. Any clues about where she cand try and find it?

Try Tools > Show Render folder

Long time ago I had that issue on the mac.
Which version of MacOS and Indigo does she have? And does she render in Indigo GUI or in Sketchup?
