For matte glass, I recommend applying a low-gain noise bump map to the second window layer, it'll look like matte, frosted glass. Play around with the gain value, its going to look a lot better.

The green material ain't reflective enough, but isn't diffuse enough either for my taste. I'd say turn up a slider in one direction or the other, but this is completely subjective.

It's hard to see, but it seems that the stone bench strongly needs beveled edges, edges are never that sharp in reallife.
Oh, and a last one. Give it a little more contrast to the image in post-pro, it's a little washed out.
Keep it up, this can look nicely.
