thanks for the mat, I'm getting really frustrated with SSS, so it's good to see some values and how they look when rendered

BTW that cushion looks nice, like leather :)

i don't know Whaat, it seemed to work in SK with the default (no adjustments) it may be too soon to tell (30 mins) and i'm no expert at recognizing SSS. tell me what you think?

Maxigo does not export any gamma stuff yet, cause the material exporter hasn't been updated.
So I guess those igm's should work fine.

[edit]
Then again, maybe not because Maxigo exports gamma 2.2 8)

sorry to disagree Whaat but the material seems to work fine in skindigo 9t4 with no changes? :? maybe not you judge.

this one's to scale and fixed some faces, the proper scaling seemed to help alot.

SkIndigo 0.9test4 exports with gamma =2.2 so yes the materal should work fine. SkIndigo 0.9test4b exports with gamma=1.0 so it won't be the same if you are using that version.

0.9 stable will have a general fix against the "orange milk" thingy - making it slightly slower... (but therefore available for a wider range)

knocking the number of max ray bounces down will help SSS render speed a ton.

use 5-10 to preview, and around 100 for a nice quality quicker render
