Here is my first work with lwcad tool and here is the indigo test.

looks a bit blue, I think your colour balance needs to be tweaked. It looks like E or D50/D55 from the blueness. Try D65 or maybe D75 in Violet with the IGI file. Which is about right for a Sunny day, D75 for more cloudy day

or just edit the IGS and get Indigo to resume and resave a new render with a different colour baalnce

I wonder if those marks on the road are caustics from the windows?

looks nice! i'd like to see some texturing, and normal smoothing on your curb - the height of which is probably on the big side?
Also, the tree looks kinda small.
Additionally, maybe the smaller windows on the front of the building a also just a little bit small. (or maybe the others + the doors are too big?)
But then , I'm no architect so what do I know ;)
