Well, I only installed virtualdub a few days ago and the motion blur filter appears to come with it. It doesn't seem to be adjustable. So, I just added it and hoped for the best.
The hardest part of BEING yourself is FINDING yourself in the first place...

Eh.. I havn't really checked any of the newer versions. I'm still using one that is several years old. Thanks for the hint!
