Actually, it's probably more a question of patience. So I guess getting better at this mostly means getting faster. And god do I wish I were faster...

awesome! i've understood it !!!!!
One last request then i'll be really happy and i go start making something new in MoI!

in pic SWRoom4.jpg you made the "wall" and in pic SWRoom1.jpg you made the same wall with some geometry added like the bumped surface (i don't know how to do it!) it's the last column...
Is it easy to do it by starting with the "base" column?

Yes, you can take this base column, copy it and modify it to make other parts of the wall. For instance, you can increase its length one-dimensionally with the scale tool to make it a longer wall. You can also create square shapes and other forms and either add them or substract them from the base column. For this, you need to play with the booleans. You should experiment with the substracting, merging and union tools to add geometry and detail or blow holes in your basic shapes.
