have you tried setting up the render nodes in Blender to get real vector blur? you can set it up to calculate vectors and use the z-depth map from a Blender render, and just use the Indigo image result for the input. shoooould work...

does blender's camera match 100% Indigo's camera (excepting for AA of course) ?
