Turkish Cookie Box

Post by Furumaru » Sun May 27, 2007 8:42 pm

I made a new picture. I don't know what this objects is because i started modelling without an idea or plan. It looks like some oriental thing and so i call it "Turkish Cookie Box". Rendertime was 19 hours (1600x1200). :D

You could add a handfull of bumps, I mean just imperceptibly ondulate the main surface so the reflections would not be that straight, they kill the attempt for realism. But I'm for a minimalistic effect, really.

Nice ufo btw
obsolete asset

is there any photoshop work or is that just the glare/bloom in indigo? because it looks really good! bloom makes shiny things look shiny.
