nothing special really. just a small cookie test :D
the plate is not a flat circle, its actually a pretty decent design (you cant really tell from this angle)

i need to test bump maps....... :roll:

nice how the cookies are copies and not randomly places pieces of chocolate and the bump map/normal map would help alot
edge split the inner part of the plate on top so you can see a good change on the plate

Not sure that changing the geometry would give a better impression, the materials are totally lacking hilights. I can't tell if thats because of the exr or the mats themselves... but I can only detect diffuse component.

Oops, sorry, you were referring to the plate... no highlights there for sure

The cokies look very cartoony. Was that the look you were aiming for? You should definitely use bumpmaps and a higher IOR and exponent.

You should also consider adding a meshlight to give some more depth to the picture in combination with the exr.
