This is the final Result of my "Caustic & Dispersion Test" (
WIP)
Here are the Source Files, for everybody who wants to play with this Gem
>> Diamond Source Files <<
Because my Comupter freezed after 14.40h of rendering I take this Picture as the final.

Beautiful!
Looks very realistic!
How can you remove the grain in post production?

Heya Zom-B,
very nice test you did there and thanx for sharing the scene also!
PS.: The post work you did is smoothing the image pretty hard, but
it is looking like a cool way to do some art! ;o))
take care

I
HAD to redo this Rendering, I never was satisfied with it.
Now in Indigo 0.65 much faster & with BiDir much nicer!
Take a look
HERE.
I'll retry it after transparent NK Material will be supported

That is over 6 years ago I did that render, have to tell you that this stuff isn't on my HDD anymore

But I found the render in the gallery:
http://www.indigorenderer.com/images/diamondfinalpptt2
It was done with Indigo 0.6 or 0.75 maybe...
