watermark wont go away after buying license

hi everyone, i'm using skindigo and i've bought a license for indigo but the water mark wont go away, after i have unable the watermark both in sketchup and in indigo.
any ideas on how to solve this?

to verify your Indigo licence please follow the steps from the manual:

yeah i did this when i got the license, it says license verified but, wtaer mark still shows.
