Indigo crashes on startup

Both Indigo and IndigoRT crashes on my win7-32 bits anytime I launch it. It says it stopped working and do a forced close. I want to test this renderer so badly... any tip on this?

What exactly are you trying to do ?
Are you starting Indigo on its own, or through an exporter ?
I assume you've tried to re- install it.

Does Indigo crash on startup, or when the render starts ? If Indigo can start then you may pack the scene and post it, packing is an option from the Tools menu.

We also need to know the softwares versions that you are using please.

Yes, I tried to reinstall, but didn´t work.

It crashes on launching, anytime, from anywhere, in any case it must open, by exporting, opening it directly or whatever. Its says it stopped working and it closes.

I tried running it as administrator, even with compatibility mode as XP sp3, nothing worked.

With the software version, I guess you mean the 3d software from where Im trying to export. Its Sketchup pro 8 running on W7 32 bits.

What is your CPU?
Indigo requires SSE2 support.

This is my CPU profile. It supports SSE2, in this screenshot you can see any aditional info it its useful for something.

Same results with the 3.4.16. I´m beggining to think there is something broken on my OS.

Ok, that is kind of bad

Do you usually get behaviour like this? Programs crashing, I mean.

Something you could try is to make sure you have the latest drivers installed for all your hardware (especially the graphis card).
