Re: Export scene
You'll need a pigs (File > Save Scene As... > Type: Packed Indigo Scene) and the igi file (Render > Save Image > Type: Indigo Image), those two files are required in order to resume a render.
The pigs file will pack the complete scene and make it portable. The igi file, in Indigo Image format, will save all the image information Indigo requires for resuming.
Make them both available to the computer you want to resume the render from. Go to File > Resume Render from IGI. You will be prompted to pick a file in IGS format, just type the full pigs name with the extension even though Indigo will be filtering this format out.
After you entered the pigs name another browsing window will pop out to let you pick the igi file; do it, and the render will resume.
A single igs file will hardly depict a full scene; nowadays meshes are always exterior to the igs file, not to mention textures. The PIGS file produced by Indigo will always be complete and portable.
