I am trying to pack a scene to send to the RANCH computing render farm. Never did this before. Please help.

Please try upgrading to Indigo 3.2.7: http://www.indigorenderer.com/forum/vie ... =1&t=11434
And re-exporting, then re-packing the scene.

Thank you for the timely reply. Unfortunately I still get the same error:

I reinstalled indigo 3.2.7 per your advice, but it shows the following in the Help Menu:

Indigo RT v3.2.0, Windows 64-bit build.
Licence Verified
Licence Type: Indigo RT

Would a correct install of v3.2.7 show itself in the help menu???
